What's going on with LJ?

Livejournal has been down a lot the last month or so. Have anyone else noticed? The down or not site I use showed LJ to be up in the U.S, but not in Europe today. Have there been any notice from the PTB? Or is it just me?

It's been REALLY iffy in the US lately. I haven't heard of any notices, but it's getting really annoying. Most outages have been during daylight hours.

Thanks for lettng me know! It sucks, but I'm glad it's not just me, because hopefully that means they'll have to improve.
