My poor baby!!

The cat woke me up at 4 am, wanting to go out. No biggie. He does that regularly. We have a cat door, but it's in the out door.

I better explain. We used to have a veranda, but my father rebuilt it to a sort of 'outroom'. It's not isolated, but keeps the wind and rain out. Anyway, during the winter, we always keeps the inner door closed, so when the cat wants out, he let us know, and we let him out in the out room so he can use his cat door.

So, he woke me up, and like so many mornings before I just opened the door so he could squeeze through, closed it again and went back to bed. Not knowing that my father had put a wooden cover over the cat door to keep the cold out. (It's really cold in Sweden right now)

So the poor cat was stuck in that little room with no way of getting out until my father got up in the morning. And since there was a reason he wanted out...

Let's just say, he had to take care of business...
And then stay there. Neither the cat or my father was happy this morning.

The cat is still looking at me accusingly.

I'm going to have to pay for this, and pay and pay and pay...
