My grandmother is dead

I came home after a day of running erramds and my father told me my aunt had called. My maternal grand mother slipped away in her sleep. She was 94 years old and didn't remember much of her adult life, (The last time I wisited her she was worried she would'nt get supper ready before her brothers came in from the harvest.) but I still didn't expect this. A life without Mormor just doesn't seem real somehow. She was the last of my grandparents, so now, that whole generation is gone.

I'm so sad.

Oh, and she was cremated...they scattered the ashes once I was home.
