With all the tumblr problems, suddenly poeple are turning up on my reading page again. So I thought I should let people know I'm alive... I rarely post these days but I do lurk around. So, welcome back!

I never got the hang of tumblr, and honestly only find it confusing and impossible to find stuff on, but it's always sad when fandom lose a platform on the web.

Personally, though, I hope this will give DW an upswing or that the next big platform in fandom is something I can get into and at least navigate somewhat. :)

Hi, after tumblr's mess a lot of old fandom friends came back to dreamwidth. To see if more familiar people had joined, I checked their circles.

I don't think we've had contact before, (We might've, I've been in fandom since 1999, although mostly just reading, besides writing some Xena and Smallville fics.) but I saw all your rec-lists and followed you with the plan to go through them on my christmas break. I'm always looking for good rec-lists and we share a lot of fandoms. :)
